We are true custom builders. Whether it is a new custom home, remodel, or unique space that just needs a custom designed piece, VDK provides quality customer service and exceptional craftsmanship throughout each stage of the custom building process.
We are wood artists. Join the VDK family and experience what true custom is all about. We are skilled, highly-trained craftsmen, but our past clients generally just refer to us as wood artists. At the helm of every project is VDK owner, Vance VanderKolk, who has been in the high-end custom home building industry for nearly 20 years. Beginning in fine craftsmanship and trim carpentry, he quickly found his passion, where he remains hands-on today on every VDK project.
We will guide you home. We believe a person's home should fit their personality and the entire building process should be a fun and enjoyable journey. We really enjoy the relationships that we build with each of our clients. Our approach is simple: we will work hard to learn your personalities, preferences, and lifestyles so we can understand your needs and tastes. We then incorporate design elements and amenities to meet those needs and turn your home into a piece of art. With us, you are not limited to pre-defined floor plans or cabinet dimensions. We build cabinets to fit your unique space and use those same skills to design other areas of your home to best fit your unique needs.
